Job scope: Supports the Community Healthcore (CHC) mission: Helping people achieve dignity, independence
and their dreams. Brings awareness of CHC programs and services to the
community through outreach events, presentations, creating printed and digital
marketing materials. Assists with the logistics and timeline
management for multiple community events and community education projects. Learns
and supports invoice coordination and contract processing. Meeting management
and event management including set up, outlook invitations, copies, logistics,
and recording meeting minutes.
Education/Licensure:
Enrolled in or has a Bachelor or Master in the Marketing/Communications field or has at least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, fundraising, and/or event planning.
Current valid driver's license in state of residence with a driving record that meets the standards of the liability insurer for CHC.Experience/Knowledge:
Advanced communication and writing skills. Ability to learn and gain understanding of CHC programs and services. Ability to work professionally with colleagues and professional volunteers. Working knowledge of computer and professional experience in social media marketing. Basic experience with graphic design.Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job:
Willing to travel 10-25% of the time for applicable community events and appointments.
Mobile and able to bend and reach, able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
