Role Overview

Are you a dedicated clinician looking to make a lasting impact on mental health in East Texas? Community Healthcore is seeking Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologists) to join our clinical team.

In this role, you will provide essential mental health services across various settings-including Adult Outpatient, Child and Adolescent, and Crisis Services-helping individuals and families navigate their journey to recovery.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, screenings, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver high-quality psychotherapeutic services, including individual and group counseling and skills training.
  • Crisis Support: Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for individuals in inpatient and field-based settings.
  • Recovery Planning: Develop and implement person-centered recovery plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborative Care: Act as a resource for the interdisciplinary team, coordinating with community agencies and other providers to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Quality Documentation: Ensure all services, meetings, and progress notes are documented timely, accurately and objectively in electronic health records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Must hold an active license in the State of Texas as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record required.
  • Physical Ability: Sensory acuity to evaluate and monitor individual needs; ability to sit, bend, and reach during the workday.

Work Environment & Travel

We offer flexibility depending on the specific program:

  • Outpatient Clinics: Primarily based in-office with local travel.
  • Field-Based Positions: Require travel within our six-county service area (Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Rusk, Upshur, and Panola).
