Job scope:
The Program Manger III reports directly to the Director of Children's Services. The Program Manager III oversees all systems for outpatient mental health services in Gregg and Upshur counties, Wrap Around/Youth Empowerment Services (YES), and the Family and Youth Success (FAYS) Program. Ensures that contracted services are provided according to contract standards and reports for all program contracts are completed in compliance with deadlines. Coordinates with the billing department and accounts payable to ensure submission of FAYS billing is accurate and completed according to contract deadlines. Responsible for oversight of program budgets including ensuring all allocated grant funds for the FAYS Program are expended. Ensures all services are provided according to center standards and proper staffing patterns are maintained. Promotes services in the community. Coordinates with internal and external programs to meet client needs. Coordinates with leadership to ensure that services meet programmatic needs for mental health services, Wrap/YES and FAYS services. Coordinates with school systems to ensure healthy working relationship. Coordinates and collaborates with local community partners to ensure excellent client care.
Education/licensure:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with an approved major which meets state requirements for QMHP. Must have at least 1-year experience working with at-risk children and youth. Prefer licensed counselor; LPC, LMFT, LCSW. Prefer to have work history that includes supervisory and budgetary experiences.
Current valid driver's license in state of residence.

Must have communication skills sufficient to create and maintain professional relationships with staff/consumers/parents and other professionals in related agencies.
Must maintain compliance with all standards of contractual specification, mandatory training, safety programs, clients' rights, licensing/certifications, educational requirements, professional/ethical conduct, and any other standards as required of the position.
