We provide access to holistic care to the individuals we serve including primary healthcare, mental health medication management, skills training, psychosocial rehabilitation, counseling, and connection to other services need for recovery. Community Healthcore is always growing and finding ways to better serve our communities.

Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, sociology, or related fields.

Minimum Hiring Salary Annualized: $41,600 (Bachelor level) / $43,805(Master level) / $45,011 (Therapist Associate)

An individual in this position provides skills training services, casework services, screenings, plans of care, and coordination for aftercare to our adult clients. Our service area for positions in this posting covers the following counties: Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Rusk, Upshur, and Panola.
