Job scope: Provides monitoring and oversight of the MH Housing programs (HUD Section 8, HUD CoC, TDHCA, and HHS), Veteran's Programs (VA, TVC, HHS), and the Aging and Disability Resource Centers (Ark-Tex ADRC and East Tex ADRC) and ensures each program is operated according to CHC, Joint Commission, HHS, and funder guidelines. This position is responsible for the Greater Longview United Way grant and the Community Development Block grant. Ensures that employees of each program follow CHC Policy and Procedure and is appropriately trained on funder requirements. Ensures timely and accurate reporting/renewal of all Housing and Veteran grants and the ADRC contracts. Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Education/licensure: required - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Master's Degree preferred; must meet criteria for QMHP. Current valid driver's license in state of residence.
Experience/Knowledge: required - minimum 5 years supervisory experience; must have knowledge of community resources, specifically housing and veterans services; must have knowledge of grant process and reporting procedures; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job: Mobility and ability to bend and reach during an 8-hour day; able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
