Job scope: Provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing preventive care, and managing overall patient health through regular checkups and screenings."
Serves as a medical team member of Core Health Systems. Will coordinate care with local hospital systems, FQHC, and LMHA.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Medical School. Active participant in an accredited Residency program.
Licensure: Current Physician in training permit to practice in the State of Texas by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
Position requirements: Must be able to perform family medicine in an outpatient primary care facility.
Experience/Knowledge: Ability to enhance a positive team working relationships.

Ability and strength to sit, bend, and reach during an 8to 10 hour day. Able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds. Sensory acuity sufficient to evaluate, treats, and monitors patient needs and maintains accurate records. Fine motor skills sufficient to legibly document and communicate. Routine 8 to 10 hour shifts with weekends off.
