Center Wide Computer Support Specialist

Education/licensure:

High School Diploma or GED

Current valid driver's license in state of residence.

Experience/Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (ex: Word, Excel, Outlook and Access Databases)

Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve software issues (ex: Care Batching, Credible)

Experience working with the Community MH/IDD System (ex: Care System)

Ability to communicate well with others

Able to work in a Center Wide Help Desk environment (support end users) 

Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job:

Ability to sit a computer for extended periods. Physically able to write, type and file.  Able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

Minimum hiring salary: $16.00 per hour
