Job scope: . Works with staff
in ETVRC programs to maintain client files in accordance with current Community
Healthcore Administrative Policies and Procedures. Participates in community outreach events for
all programs. Supports the Program Supervisor with clerical and office
management duties. General clerical functions including, but not limited to: ordering
and distributing office supplies; collecting, sorting and distributing mail.
Education/licensure: Current valid driver's license in state of residence; Graduation from High school or G.E.D equivalent diploma.
Completion of workshops/in-service training activities as requiredExperience/Knowledge:
Ability to work harmoniously and productively with co-workers, and with persons receiving services.
Ability to work independently, organize work efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various computer applications.Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job:
Ability to operate office equipment, use a computer, ability to operate motor vehicle; ability to sit for more than 2 hours; ability to move about in most environments; able to bend and reach during a 5-8 hour day. Must be able to adequately implement SAMA, 1st Aid, and CPR activities.
