Project Evaluator

Job scope: 

The Project Evaluator is a key personnel required position for the CCBHC Expansion Grant.  The Project Evaluator will evaluate the outcomes, processes, and fidelity of the services and activities of the grant.  Evaluates the evidenced based practices to ensure appropriate services are provided and are effective.  Evaluates the collection and reporting of data to SAMHSA and demonstrates key outcome measures.  Evaluates effectiveness of systems to reduce disparities in access, service use, and outcomes.  Reviews data, assesses progress and assists with performance improvement of the grant.  Assists with sustainability planning.  Completes reports due to SAMHSA at required intervals. 

Education/licensure:  Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.  Ph.D. preferred. 

Experience/Knowledge: Preferred - Two years of experience with applied research including the design and implementation of research projects.  Experience in behavioral health preferred.

Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job:  Ability and strength to sit, bend, and reach during an 8 to 10 hour day.  Able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.  Sensory acuity sufficient to evaluate, treat, and monitor patient needs and maintain accurate records.  Fine motor skills sufficient to legibly document and communicate.
